LIVE ONLINE CORPORATE ENGLISH TRAINING · LATIN AMERICA

Your team in Latin America understands the call. They just don't speak up.

Live online corporate English training for teams in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile and across the region. Taught live by native-speaker teachers. Since 2004.

Your people know their work. They follow the discussion and they usually have the right answer. The difficulty comes when they have to respond in the moment, defend a decision, or represent the business in front of someone senior in English.

We have been fixing that specific problem for corporate teams across Latin America for more than twenty years.

Live online · Native-speaker teachers · Groups of up to 6 · Monthly progress reporting

The problem isn't comprehension. It's the three seconds after someone asks a question.

Most of your team can read the report, follow the meeting, and understand the request. What stops them is the moment they have to produce English under pressure, in front of people whose opinion of them matters.

So they wait for the call to end and send an email instead. The work still gets done. What gets lost is the contribution nobody hears, the objection nobody raises, and the promotion that goes to whoever spoke up.

That gap does not close by studying more grammar. It closes by speaking, regularly, with someone who can correct you in real time.

You have probably done this before. Here is why it stopped.

Almost every company we talk to has already run an English program. Very few of them finished it. The reasons repeat.

It competed with the working day

Classes were scheduled at the only hour that suited the provider. Attendance was strong in month one and gone by month three, because nobody could answer the phone while six people were in a classroom.

One site got it and the others didn't

The program worked where the trainer could physically go. Teams at other sites, or people working from home, were left out and quietly stopped being part of it.

It was general English wearing a business label

The teacher was competent but had never worked in a company. The material came from a coursebook. Participants learned to describe their weekend, not to push back on a deadline.

Nobody could show what changed

At renewal there was no evidence. Just an invoice, an attendance sheet, and a general sense that people seemed a bit more confident.

What we do differently

We design the program around the way your people actually work. That means flexible scheduling, practical English tied to real responsibilities, access across locations, and progress your team can see and measure.

We schedule around your operation, not ours

Because every class is live and online, groups meet before a shift, during a quiet window, over lunch, or after hours. Participants join from the office, from home, or from wherever they are that week.

Everyone included, wherever they sit

A team in Monterrey, a team in Bogotá and one person working from home in Heredia, Costa Rica can be in the same program on the same standard. No site gets left behind because it was inconvenient to reach.

Business English built around the work, not the coursebook

Our teachers are native English speakers, but they are not locked into a fixed curriculum. They can adapt the training to what participants actually need: an upcoming presentation, a difficult meeting, a client call, an email, a negotiation, or the communication challenges showing up in their work right now. Structured materials support the program; they do not dictate every class.

Evidence you can put in front of your director

Every participant is assessed before groups are formed. You receive monthly progress reports by participant and by group, with practical assessments throughout the program.

A SIMPLE FIRST STEP

See what could work for your team

Tell us who needs English, what they need it for, and where they are. We’ll recommend the right structure for your company.

We’ll schedule a 30–45 minute diagnostic meeting.

What we actually work on

Real work situations, not a textbook syllabus. Training is built around the communication your teams handle every day.

Meetings and presentations

Contributing to calls with headquarters instead of listening to them. Explaining a decision, defending a number, presenting results to leadership, and answering questions in real time without rehearsing for an hour first.

Email and written communication

Emails and reports that go out as written, in the vocabulary your industry actually uses. Fewer misunderstandings, fewer rounds back and forth, cleaner agreements.

Clients, sales and difficult conversations

Handling calls and video calls with global clients. Following up, negotiating, closing. Managing disagreement, running a performance review, and onboarding someone new without softening the message into something unrecognizable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the training online or in person?

All BusinessEnglish2Go training is delivered live online with a teacher. Participants can join from the office, home, or another work location.

Which countries do you serve?

We work with companies across Latin America, including Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Panama, and other countries in the region.

When can classes take place?

Schedules are built around your operation. Classes can take place before or after shifts, during quieter periods, over lunch, or at other times that work for the team.

How are groups formed?

Participants are assessed before training begins and grouped primarily by English level. We also consider operational realities such as roles, departments, schedules, and coverage requirements.

What if employees have very different English levels?

We do not recommend placing widely different levels in the same group simply for convenience. Assessment results help us create groups where participants can work at an appropriate pace and receive meaningful speaking time.

How do you measure progress?

Teachers evaluate performance throughout the program, and your company receives monthly progress reporting by participant and by group. For precise CEFR-level measurement, a full assessment is normally used once a participant has accumulated approximately 120 hours of study.

What are the minimum commitments and billing terms?

Group programs have a six-month minimum and are billed monthly. Companies that commit for 12 months receive a 10% discount on the monthly program price.

Do you offer private training for executives or key employees?

Yes. Companies can sponsor private 1:1 Business English training for executives, managers, and other professionals who need a program tailored to their role, schedule, and communication priorities.

Is a level assessment included?

A level assessment can be included at no cost for up to 25 participants so your company can understand current levels and make better decisions about group formation and program structure.

What happens after we request information?

We review the information about your team and needs, then contact you to recommend the next step. If appropriate, you can schedule a 30-minute consultation to discuss the program in more detail.
